  • Not a VAT vendor. Prices are in rand and include everything you pay.

Prices and payment

Prices are in South African rand. Payment is taken by PayFast (card, instant EFT and the other methods PayFast offers). We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once PayFast confirms the payment.

If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we tell you straight away and refund it in full.

Delivery

See delivery & collection. Risk in the products passes to you when they're delivered or collected.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

See our returns policy, which includes your 7-day cooling-off right for online orders.

Gift vouchers and codes

  • Gift vouchers never expire. Unspent value stays on the code. They can't be exchanged for cash.
  • Discount codes follow the terms they were given with, and only one code can be used per order.
  • Keep your code safe: whoever holds it can spend it.

The Lash Bar

Bookings are free to make and you pay in store. If you can't make it, let the shop know so someone else can have the slot. The Lash Club punch card (R300 for four own-kit applications within 42 days) is bought and used at the Lash Bar.

Using the products

Follow the instructions that come with your kit. If you have sensitive eyes or have reacted to adhesives before, test a little Bond & Seal on your skin 24 hours before your first application. Stop using any product that irritates, and see a doctor if irritation continues. Don't apply lashes over eye infections or broken skin.

Disputes

Talk to us first at orders@thelashedit.co.za; we'll do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by South African law, and nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
