Changed your mind (7 days)

You can cancel an online order for any reason within 7 days of receiving it. Send the products back sealed and unused. We refund everything you paid, except the cost of sending it back to us, within 30 days of receiving your cancellation.

For hygiene reasons we can't take back lashes, adhesive or tools that have been opened or used, unless they're faulty.

Faulty or damaged

If anything arrives damaged or turns out to be faulty within six months, we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. Tell us within that time, with a photo if you can.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers never expire and whatever isn't spent stays on the code. They can't be exchanged for cash.

How to return something

1. Email orders@thelashedit.co.za with your order number and what you're returning.
2. We reply with where to send it, or you can drop it at the Jane Fields shop, 778 Jacqueline Drive, Garsfontein, Pretoria, 0081.
3. Your refund goes back to the card or account you paid with.

These rules sit alongside your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, never instead of them. See our terms.
